A cadena perpetua fue condenado el sujeto que abusó sexualmente de su hija de 11 años reiteradas veces en la comunidad de San Juan, en la localidad de Puerto Maldonado, en la región Madre de Dios.
El Poder Judicial halló culpable a Samuel Rojas Cava (37) del delito de violación sexual de menor de edad. Según la fiscal a cargo del caso, Nelly Colque, el condenado ultrajaba a la menor cuando ambos iban al monte a recoger madera.
Sin embargo, en uno de estos ataques a la niña fue sorprendido por unos obreros que transitaban por la zona, quienes denunciaron el hecho. El individuo cumplía prisión preventiva en penal de Puerto Maldonado.
Se informó que Rojas Cava, quien fue capturado en julio de 2019, amenazaba a la víctima con un arma de fuego para que no lo acuse.
