“Recontra maldita”, está la  suerte de Huaral. Cuando todo hacía parecer quela Suspensióndecretada por el JNE contra Jaime Uribe Ochoa, traería nuevos vientos  de cambios que oxigenarían la gestión municipal en beneficio de la población huaralina,  nos damos cuenta que, lo llegado, es un ventarrón cargado de nebulosas con la pestilencia inconfundible que emana la corrupción.

Al inicio pensábamos que los sucesos eran producto de la inexperiencia de quién asumía el cargo provisionalmente, pero, con el trascurrir de los días las informaciones que divulgan los medios periodísticos nos hacen ver que algo turbio está sucediendo y que ese algo no tiene mucho que ver con la inexperiencia, sino que, más bien, se asemeja mucho a la incapacidad convenientemente sazonada con especias de inmoralidad, la que va in crescendo,  ya no por semanas o días, sino por horas.

La primera clarinada de alerta la dio el renunciante primer gerente municipal de la naciente gestión provisional, quién abandonó el cargo realizando graves denuncias sobre la injerencia de proveedores que marcaban la pauta dentro de la municipalidad, ante el cual, los gerentes bajaban la cerviz y estiraban la mano, complaciendo de esta manera la avidez por el dinero fácil de esos personajes. La segunda andanada de denuncias llegó como regalo post navideño, así se pudo conocer como, con el cuento de alegrar a los niños más pobres, algunos facinerosos ponían los primeros cimientos de sus mal anheladas ansias de riquezas, sobre valuando precios y sobre dimensionando los “agasajos” a base de chocolate, bizcochos, juguetes de dudosa procedencia y payasos, con la complacencia y, quizás, complicidad dela Gerenciade Desarrollo Humano yla Gerencia Municipal, las cuales son defendidas  por el alcalde eventual, defensa que hace sospechar que podría estar muy enterado de este entuerto navideño, en contra de los niños huaralinos.

La única forma que tiene Víctor Bazán, a estas alturas, de limpiarse de las sospechas que tiene ya gran parte de la población de Huaral, es alejarse prontamente de las malas compañías y defenestrar prontamente al gerente de Desarrollo Humano quién está muy convencido, que, con una tarjeta de saludo navideño está valorizando a los menos favorecidos económicamente. Una afrenta total contra los pobres, quienes se merecen un resarcimiento moral inmediato de parte del gobernante municipal, ante tan desproporcionado agravio.

La actitud que tome el Alcalde (P) ante estos hechos, darán respuesta a la interrogante planteada: ¿inexperiencia, incapacidad o inmoralidad? El pueblo busca, por su cuenta, la respuesta; pero usted, señor Víctor Bazán, ¿Qué nos contesta?
