SUPE: 9 meses de prisión para sujeto que violó a 3 hermanas

El Poder judicial ordenó 9 meses de PRISIÓN PREVENTIVA a Eugenio Orestes Espinoza Rodríguez (58) acusado de haber violado a una menor de 9 años este último 5 de diciembre en el sector de Luis Negreiros en el Centro Poblado Víctor Raúl en el distrito de Supe Provincia de Barranca, y de haber tocado indebidamente a J.H.T. (21) cuando tenía 8 años y haber abusado sexualmente de su otra hermana A.H.T. (14) cuando también tenía 8 años.

Nueve meses de prisión preventiva mientras duren las investigaciones.

El acusado fue trasladado en horas de la tarde al centro penitenciario Carquin.
