Sancionarán a colegios que usen horas de clase para ensayar desfile de fiestas patrias

Las instituciones educativas que durante horario de clases, dispongan prácticas de los estudiantes para el desfile escolar con motivo del mes patrio, serán sancionadas por la Gerencia Regional de Educación de Arequipa (GREA).

Las sanciones serán de dos tipos, un oficio de llamada de atención y hasta la inhabilitación de la institución educativa, para participar en los próximos años en desfiles escolares organizados por las municipalidades o cualquier instancia educativa.

Esta medida busca que no se pierdan horas de clase en el marco del Cumplimiento de la Calendarización y horas lectivas de cada I.E. bajo responsabilidad de la UGEL e institución.

“Las actividades, así como los ensayos y preparación de las mismas, no deberán interferir con el normal desarrollo de las horas de clase, excepto cuando se trate de actividades de carácter académico o que formen parte de los objetivos de una o más áreas curriculares. Pueden utilizar momentos fuera de la jornada escolar y los días sábados”, dispone el punto 5.5 de la Directiva 9-2019-GRA/GREA-DGP-TOE.

Además, la advertencia forma parte de las nuevas disposiciones y recomendaciones, que la GREA por medio de un comunicado oficial, ha publicado con motivo de conmemorarse el 198° aniversario patrio. “La organización de las actividades se realizarán evitando gastos innecesarios, que afecten la economía familiar”, prevé la directiva.

En ese sentido, la GREA recomendó que “en lo posible los estudiantes no deben ser expuestos directamente a la radiación solar entre las 10.00 y 16.00 horas, aun con sombreros”. Se sugiere proveer toldos o espacios que brinden sombra para los emplazamientos.

A esto, hay que recordar que no solo los desfiles escolares son las únicas actividades representativas por el mes patrio.

Los colegios pueden reemplazar los desfiles con actividades artístico-culturales (pasacalles, festivales de música, retretas y danza) festivales gastronómicos, concursos, etc., actividades deportivas y recreativas (gymkana, juegos tradicionales y autóctonos, etc.), entre otras.

A través de la Directiva N° 009, la Gerencia de también Educación aclaró que el uso del sombrero institucional de ala ancha es obligatorio. “La institución educativa que sus estudiantes y docentes no porten sombrero, recibirán amonestación verbal y escrita de la UGEL correspondiente”, refiere el comunicado.
