Phillip Butters se pronunció esta mañana sobre la pelea de Kina Malpartida, afirmando que hizo lo que todo boxeador hubiera hecho, que es pelear y ganar bien, ya que en ese deporte no se trata de la estatura, sino del peso.

«Al margen del rival que tenía al frente. La tailandesa era puesto 7 y tenía 11 triunfos de 15 peleas. Kina era más alta, hizo lo que se tenía que hacer era reventarla, para eso le pagan, ella es una boxeadora profesional que tiene que defender su cinturón y eso le ha pasado a todos los campeones del mundo», dijo el periodista.

Sin embargo, tuvo una opinión distinta sobre la pelea de Jonathan Maicelo, pues considera que, si bien el ecuatoriano Fernando Angulo utilizó la cabeza en algún momento, éste debió de ganar la pelea.
