Entre sus cláusulas establece que la entidad municipal facilita el uso de un área de482.40 m2de las instalaciones del Mercado Carlos Mora Parra y el área de 1,908.05m2 de las instalaciones del Coliseo Polideportivo “Luis Jallime”, al personal y alumnado de la Institución Educativa Publica “Andrés de los Reyes”, para la instalación y uso de cuarenta (40) aulas prefabricadas.
El alcalde provincial manifestó que corresponde a todos aportar lo que esté a nuestro alcance para apoyar el esfuerzo educativo local y eso venimos realizando con el objetivo de mejorar la calidad educativa de las instituciones educativas a la vez de garantizar el interés y mejor esfuerzo de los estudiantes para alcanzar los objetivos y metas propuestos en la educación moderna.
