Les quisieron dar gato por liebre!!!  En pleno aniversario de Huaral, un grupo de vecinos de la calle unión paralizó la obra de asfaltado de las 3 primeras cuadras de esta calle al notar que la capa asfáltica estaba puesta sobre una base deficiente de imprimación (tierra) poniendo en grave riesgo la calidad de la obra.

Después de 10 días, la municipalidad de Huaral reinició los trabajos  limpiando la calle, dejando todo listo para la colocación del imprimante y  colocar el asfalto en caliente.

Calidad de lo avanzado

Sobre la capa asfáltica colocada de manera deficiente será sometido a pruebas. Si no supera, será levantada para hacer las cosas de manera correcta, dijo el vecino Moisés Reyes.
