La terna alcanzada por el gobernador regional, Ricardo Chavarría Oria, tenía como integrante a la nueva autoridad deportiva. El licenciado en educación asumirá con responsabilidad las funciones asignadas.
El principal compromiso de Luis Baca será trabajar en conjunto con las autoridades de la región Lima, para incentivar el deporte en sus diversas disciplinas.
Es así que comparte la visión de la primera autoridad edil de ofrecer mayores espacios de recreación a la nueva generación, en aras de mantenerlos ocupados en actividades saludables y alejarlos de los malos hábitos.
