La juramentación del flamante Presidente del Comité Regional de Seguridad Ciudadana (CORESEC), Javier Alvarado Gonzales del Valle, estuvo a cargo del Ministro del Interior y Presidente del Consejo Nacional de Seguridad Ciudadana Gral. (r) Miguel Hidalgo Medina, en una concurrida ceremonia realizada en la Plaza de Armas de Huacho ante la presencia de los alcaldes distritales y provinciales de las 9 Provincias de Lima, así como comisarios y Tenientes Gobernadores.
A su vez, el Presidente Regional de Lima juramentó al Jefe de la XXII Dirección Territorial Regional, Gral. PNP. Abel Gamarra Malpartida y a los miembros del CORESEC, conformado por el Gobernador Regional, Walter Espinoza Zambrano; los Directores de la DRELP y DIRESA Ricardo Dolorier Urbano y Marco Antonio Montoya Cieza, respectivamente; el Presidente de la Corte Superior de Justicia de Huaura, Dr. Luis Alberto Vásquez Silva; el Presidente de la Fiscalía, Dr. Félix Ernesto Salazar Huapaya; el Alcalde de la Provincia de Huaura, Santiago Cano La Rosa; entre otras autoridades.
“En respuesta al alto índice de asaltos y delincuencia que se presenta en la Región se plantearán estrategias de solución a cargo de los efectivos policiales, alcaldes, gobernadores y la sociedad organizada. Tendremos cada mes una reunión en las diferentes Plazas de Armas para que el pueblo también participe”, anunció.
La violencia familiar, los hogares disfuncionales y la deserción escolar fueron los temas centrales del I Taller Seminario de Capacitación en Seguridad Ciudadana realizado en el auditorio de la Universidad José Faustino Sánchez Carrión después de la juramentación.
“La educación y alimentación forman parte fundamental de este cambio, si se crece con hambre y sin cultura, será fácil delinquir por desconocimiento de las normas y el apremio de las necesidades básicas, se crea un círculo vicioso que parece nunca acabar. Es hora de dejar de ser simples espectadores, actuemos buscando mejorar nuestra realidad y calidad de vida, contamos con las herramientas para hacerlo”, enfatizó el Presidente Regional.
Reafirmó que implementará las juntas vecinales, las rondas campesinas y urbanas, brindándoles apoyo capacitándolos y otorgándoles un seguro social para que gocen de la confianza plena en el rol que van a desempeñar”, indicó.
