En su recorrido por el distrito de Chancay y sus diferentes centros poblados como Peralvillo, Pampa Libre, la Candelaria, Juan Velasco, la Soledad, Chancayllo, Estrella de la Mañana, etc. recibió el entusiasta apoyo de los pobladores, quienes lo acompañaron en largos trechos de su recorrido.
ELARD MELGAR el candidato de FUERZA 2011 con el número 2, se encuentra recorriendo, desde ayer, la provincia de Huaral continuando con su campaña electoral, ahora, con mayor entusiasmo porque está considerado entre los favoritos para llegar ocupar una Curul en el Congreso de la República.
“Estoy ahora en Chancay a pedido de muchos simpatizantes fujimoristas y he venido a cumplir con ellos, primero, para agradecer la confianza que han depositado en nuestra candidata a la presidencia de la republica, KEIKO FUJIMORI, como, también, a mi candidatura al congreso de la República y, segundo, para reafirmarles nuestro compromiso de trabajar por los más necesitados” le manifestó a un grupo de periodistas que se acercaron a saludarlo y a entrevistarlo.
En respuesta a la “guerra sucia” que se ha desatado contra KEIKO FUJIMORI y contra él mismo dijo: “No nos sorprende que eso suceda, ante el masivo apoyo que venimos recibiendo de parte del pueblo, nuestros adversarios políticos creen que actuando de esa manera podrán perjudicar nuestra campaña electoral, pero eso, no está sucediendo, a pesar de todos los ataques nuestro índice de preferencia se mantiene inamovible y, estoy seguro, que el 10 de abril la k será el símbolo más marcado tanto para la Presidencia de la república, como para el Congreso y el Parlamento Andino. ¿Acaso tú no vas marcar la K y escribir el número 2 para apoyar mi candidatura?; le preguntó a la periodista Mariluz Rodríguez, que viene informando sobre la campaña electoral en la provincia de Huaral y quién le había inquirido sobre la forma en cómo venían dañando su propaganda electoral y también de cómo en muchos medios de comunicación habían empezado a atacarlo en una forma muy desleal. “No te preocupes, estamos curados del susto y lo principal es que tenemos una trayectoria de vida y trabajo limpio y nadie podrá demostrar lo contrario, ya te he dicho, soy hombre de pocas palabras pero de mucho trabajo” concluyó.
Luego, ELARD MELGAR prosiguió su recorrido trasladándose hacia el distrito de Aucallama, donde también fue recibido calurosamente por los pobladores aucallaminos, quienes demostraron, una vez más, que son un pueblo con corazón fujimorista.
