La Dirección Regional de Vivienda, Construcción y Saneamiento del Gobierno Regional de Lima viene impulsando la implementación de cerca de 90 sistemas de cloración en diferentes centros poblados de los sectores rurales del ámbito jurisdiccional.
Los equipos y accesorios fueron adquiridos con los recursos económicos recibidos como incentivo, por el cumplimiento de las metas trazadas, en una primera etapa con corte en el mes de marzo del 2018.
Con el uso de las nuevas tecnologías de tipo: Clorinador en Línea, Pulsar y Sistema por Goteo; se garantiza el acceso al agua segura y de calidad, logrando reducir los indicadores de anemia en la población más vulnerable.
Para ello, se ha dispuesto la conformación de cuatro brigadas que están recorriendo con prioridad las zonas identificadas en situación de quintiles 1 y 2 (pobreza y pobreza extrema) en la región Lima, a fin de brindar a la población un buen servicio y no poner en riesgo su salud.
