De acuerdo a lo dictado por el Gobierno peruano, se permitirá el ingreso a territorio nacional a los ciudadanos venezolanos que cuenten con el pasaporte vigente, por vencer o vencido y la visa otorgada.
Los migrantes del país llanero podrán aplicar a la calidad migratoria temporal, residente o residente en su versión Humanitaria. Para esta última condición se considerará como documento válido la partida de nacimiento en el caso de los menores de 9 años de edad.
El Gobierno ha dispuesto, por razones humanitarias, que también se admitirá a los ciudadanos venezolanos mayores de edad con solo su cédula de identidad, sin exigencia de pasaporte, para reunirse con su núcleo familiar residente en nuestro país o los que se encuentren en extrema vulnerabilidad. También se admitirá bajo esta condición a las mujeres embarazadas en extrema vulnerabilidad y a los adultos mayores de 60 años.
En tanto, los menores de edad que ingresen para reunirse con sus padres solo necesitarán su partida de nacimiento.
Migraciones ya ha comunicado la directiva a todos los Puestos de Control Migratorio y Puestos de Control Fronterizo a nivel nacional, a fin que los inspectores migratorios cumplan lo dispuesto.
La visa Humanitaria deberá ser tramitada por los ciudadanos venezolanos en los consulados peruanos de Caracas y Puerto Ordaz, en Venezuela; de Bogotá, Medellín y Leticia, en Colombia; o en Cuenca, Guayaquil, Quito, Machala y Loja, en Ecuador.
