(Nota de prensa) El Congresista Elard Melgar Valdez envió oficio al Presidente Regional Lima Provincias Javier Alvarado Gonzales del Valle en donde solicita información de los estudios de formulación y viabilidad del proyecto para la construcción de las represas de Rumbrococha y Rapaspampa – ambas en la provincia de Oyón.
Como se recuerda, el parlamentario presentó la iniciativa legislativa (01120/2011- CR) con la finalidad de declarar de necesidad pública e interés nacional la construcción de las represas alto andinas de Rumbrococha y Rapaspampa en la cuenca del Río Huaura y la priorización de su ejecución, el mismo que fue aprobado por unamidad antela Comisión Agraria del Congreso dela República de manera unánime en dicha sesión estuvieron presentes la directiva de Junta de Usuarios de Huaura.
Ante ello el legislador ha efectuado reuniones de trabajo y coordinaciones con los funcionarios del Gobierno Regional y Junta de usuarios de Huaura, en relación a las obras de infraestructura hídrica en la región. Estas acciones ha dado como producto el informe N° 021-2012 GRL/DRA.L/JEP/GEPU, suscrito porla Ing. GianinaElvira Panduro Urrelo –Jefa de Estudios y Proyectos del GORE- Lima, en la que recomienda la ejecución de los estudios de formulación y viabilidad del proyecto mencionado.
Al respecto, Melgar Valdez, en reiteradas oportunidades, ha requerido información ala Gerencia General, en cuanto a los avances de los estudios, sin obtener respuesta alguna. En ese sentido en concordancia con lo dispuesto en los artículos 96° dela Constitución PolíticaDel Estado y 69° de Reglamento del Congreso DeLa República, el legislador solicita con carácter de urgencia la información de las acciones efectuadas para el diseño y desarrollo de los referidos proyectos.
