ELECCIONES 2020: LOCAL DE VOTACIÓN SERÁ EL MISMO UTILIZADO EN PROCESO DE REFERÉNDUM

El local de votación para las elecciones congresales del 26 de enero de 2020 será el mismo que se utilizó en el proceso de referéndum y segunda vuelta de las elecciones regionales del 2018, según informó la Oficina Nacional de Procesos Electorales (ONPE).

La funcionaria Milagros Uipan explicó que podrían presentarse algunos cambios, pero sin afectar a los votantes. «Si alguien votó en el 2018 en un local de votación, va ir al mismo (…) A partir de mañana uno puede entrar a la web de la ONPE«, dijo.

En ese sentido, precisó que debido a que el proceso electoral para elegir al nuevo Congreso se hizo con poco tiempo de desarrollo no se pudo implementar la elección del local de votación como se ejecutó en anteriores comicios.

De otro lado, Milagros Uipan aseguró que las elecciones congresales iniciarán a las 8:00 a.m. y los votantes recibirán una cédula donde estarán los logos de los partidos políticos, al costado los símbolos y un cuadro para la escritura de números.
