Julio Garay Barros es el joven ayacuchano creador de Nutri H, galletas de sangrecita que buscan combatir la anemia en el Perú. El emprendedor lideró el concurso de History Channel llamado ‘Una idea para cambiar la Historia 2019’.

El peruano se impuso a los proyectos de otros países, alcanzando un total de 671,879 votos. Ahora, tras haber logrado el mejor puntaje, el jurado tendrá que evaluar a los semifinalistas.

La segunda idea más votada fue la propuesta Speakliz Vision (Ecuador), de apoyo a las personas con discapacidad visual, con 25,768 votos; mientras que el tercer lugar lo ocupó Thermy (México), un estudio complementario para la detección temprana del cáncer de seno, con 22,228 votos.

Los resultados se darán a conocer el 29 de enero de 2020.
