Menor de edad fue contagiada por su madre quien era un caso de CORONAVIRUS CONFIRMADO.

La Dirección Regional de Salud DIRESA confirmó tres nuevos casos de Coronavirus en la provincia de Huaral, elevando de esta manera la cifra a 12 casos confirmados en toda la provincia, Huaral distrito 07 casos confirmados y Distrito de Chancay 05 casos confirmados.

EN LO REFERENTE A LOS 3 ÚLTIMOS CASOS EN HUARAL

1.- En lo referente al caso confirmado, es una paciente de sexo femenino, de 5 años procedente de la provincia de Huaral (distrito de Huaral). Acude al Hospital de Huaral el día 04 de abril de 2020, en compañía de familiares por ser CONTACTO DE CASO CONFIRMADO DE COVID-19. No refiere síntomas. Al examen clínico presenta una temperatura de 37°C. Es una paciente sin comorbilidad ni antecedentes de viajes. Refiere contacto con caso confirmado (madre) en los 14 días previos al inicio de los síntomas (entorno familiar).

Acciones Realizadas:

Se realiza la evaluación clínica – epidemiológica, toma de muestra (hisopado faríngeo) para prueba PCR-RT y llenado de ficha clínica epidemiológica y aislamiento domiciliario.

2.- En lo referente al caso confirmado, es un ppaciente de sexo masculino de 31 años, procedente de la provincia de Huaral (distrito de Huaral). Acude al Hospital de Huaral el día 04 de abril de 2020 por ser CONTACTO DE CASO CONFIRMADO DE COVID-19. Manifiesta que desde el 28 de marzo presenta tos, dolor de garganta, fiebre, escalofrío, malestar general. Al examen clínico tiene una temperatura de 39°C. Es un paciente sin comorbilidad ni antecedentes de viajes. Refiere contacto con caso confirmado (madre) en los 14 días previos al inicio de los síntomas (entorno familiar).

Acciones Realizadas:

Al examen clínico tiene una temperatura de 37°C. Es una paciente sin comorbilidad ni antecedentes de viajes. Refiere contacto con caso confirmado (madre) en los 14 días previos al inicio de los síntomas (entorno familiar).
