Chavarría expone importancia de separarnos de Lima Metropolitana en reunión con Jefe de Estado

En reunión sostenida en Palacio de Gobierno, el gobernador regional Ricardo Chavarría Oria expuso de forma clara y precisa, ante el Jefe de Estado Martín Vizcarra Cornejo y su gabinete ministerial, sobre la importancia de separarnos de Lima Metropolitana.

Chavarría Oria detalló que en el ámbito del Gobierno Regional de Lima existe pobreza y pobreza extrema, sin embargo, el Gobierno Central no asigna las partidas económicas que verdaderamente corresponde a raíz de la confusión que existe con la Capital de la República.

Ante ello, la primera autoridad regional de Lima anunció que liderará acciones para impulsar el cambio de denominación del Departamento de Lima, con la finalidad de contar con cifras reales que reflejen el verdadero nivel de necesidad latente en 93 distritos del ámbito regional, que están en los quintiles 1 y 2.

“Sera una tarea ardua pero no imposible, porque contaremos con el apoyo de las autoridades y la sociedad civil. Una vez que logremos desvincularnos conseguiremos obtener el justo presupuesto que corresponde al GRL para consolidar mayores proyectos por el bienestar de quienes más lo necesitan”, remarcó.

En esta jornada de trabajo, el titular de la región Lima culminó su presentación reafirmando su compromiso de seguir trabajando con transparencia y planificando una agenda de proyectos orientadas a la construcción de colegios, hospitales, carretera, así como promover el potencial turístico del norte, centro y sur chico.
