El Ministerio de Trabajo y Promoción del Empleo (MTPE) aprobó el Padrón del primer grupo de hogares beneficiarios en el ámbito urbano del subsidio monetario de 760 soles, autorizado en el artículo 2 del Decreto de Urgencia N° 052-2020, en el marco de la intervención Bono Familiar Universal, como parte del contexto de la emergencia sanitaria por la covid-19.
El padrón fue propuesto por el Viceministerio de Promoción del Empleo y Capacitación Laboral del MTPE y aprobado por medio de la Resolución Ministerial N° 087-2020-TR, publicada anoche en la edición extraordinaria de Normas Legales del Diario Oficial El Peruano.
La resolución, precisa que en este primer grupo de beneficiarios urbanos del subsidio monetario para afrontar el impacto de la pandemia del coronavirus se incluyen 594,763 hogares.
Por medio del Decreto de Urgencia N° 052-2020, que establece medidas extraordinarias para reducir el impacto negativo en la economía de los hogares afectados por las medidas de aislamiento e inmovilizacio´n social obligatoria a nivel nacional, el Gobierno autorizó el otorgamiento, excepcional y por única vez, del subsidio monetario de 760 soles.
En el ámbito urbano, el subsidio monetario cuyo otorgamiento estará a cargo del MTPE, está orientado a hogares pobres y pobres extremos, así como a hogares no pobres cuyos miembros no son personas asalariadas del sector público y privado, exceptuando a pensionistas y modalidades formativas, siempre que cumplan con los siguientes criterios:
• Ninguno de sus miembros tenga un ingreso superior a 3,000 soles mensuales de acuerdo con la información disponible de la Superintendencia de Banca, Seguros y AFP (SBS) y de la Superintendencia Nacional de Aduanas y de Administración Tributaria (Sunat).
• No reciba una transferencia monetaria de los programas sociales JUNTOS, Pensión 65, Contigo o bonos.
