El burgomaestre huaralino Jaime Uribe Ochoa, informó que el día lunes 12 de agosto se aperturará oficialmente la Biblioteca Municipal de Huaral, para el servicio de la comunidad en general, detallando que se implementarán de computadoras tal y conforme se encontraba y funcionaba en su gestión anterior.
Respecto a su funcionamiento dijo que se aperturará la Biblioteca Municipal de Huaral en el Boulevard del Solar, en el local donde hace un año aproximadamente funcionaba, ya que el local no estaría declarado como Patrimonio Cultural.
El alcalde detallo que no encontraron ninguna documentación ni dinero de inversión para la misma, por parte de la gestión saliente, tras haber sido cerrada casi un año el local de la biblioteca, ubicado en el Boulevard del Solar.
