A la reunión asistieron el Gobernador Regional de Lima Provincias, Ricardo Chavarría, el Alcalde provincial de Huaral, Jaime Uribe Ochoa, el alcalde distrital de Atavillos Bajo, Pablo Mendoza Soto, el alcalde del distrito de Sumbilca, Víctor Espinoza Rondón, el Pdte. de la Junta de Usuarios, Enríquez Balbarca, el regidor provincial Bernardino Bermeo, así como autoridades que fueron invitadas para escuchar y analizar la problemática que los aqueja.
La reunión se desarrolló con las palabras de apertura del Pdte. de la cuenca del Valle Añasmayo César Bautista, Así mismo asistieron el Pdte. de la Comunidad de Huayopampa, Carlos Vega, el Pdte. de la Comunidad de Rauma Fredy Rojas, el Pdte. de la Comunidad de Pallac, Roger Calixto, el Pdte. de la Comunidad de Huandaro, Olinda Valencia, el Pdte. de la Comunidad de Cucapunco, Gilver Alonso, el Pdte. de la Comunidad de Piscocoto, Orlando Rojas, el Pdte. de la Comunidad de Huandaro, Santos Buitrón, así como también el asesor de la Microcuenca del Valle del Añasmayo Rafael Olortegui, el Pdte. de la Comisión de la Vida del Agua del Valle Añasmayo, Pedro De La Cruz y el Pdte. de la Federación de las Comunidades Campesinas de Huaral, el Sr. Pablo Lizeta.
