El convenio marco de cooperación interinstitucional, tiene por objeto establecer mecanismos de cooperación mutua entre las partes, en el ámbito de su competencia para promover acciones orientadas al fortalecimiento de la gestión integrada de los recursos hídricos, la mejora de la disponibilidad y calidad de los recursos hídricos en la cuenca del río Chancay – Huaral, así como el cuidado y preservación del río del mismo Chancay – Huaral.
Coordinar el desarrollo e implementación de planes, actividades, proyectos y programas para la sostenibilidad de los recursos hídricos en el cauce del río chancay Huaral.
Compartir información sobre mecanismos que impulsen los procesos de fortalecimiento de la gestión integrada de los recursos hídricos en la cuenca del rió chancay Huaral.
La cooperación del convenio, se ejecutará mediante convenios específicos y/o planes de trabajo, los cuales necesariamente deberán fijar el importe de la cooperación por cada parte y serán elaborados de conformidad a la normatividad de la materia, en el marco de los objetivos institucionales y disponibilidad presupuestal de las partes.
La firma del convenio tendrá la vigencia de un (01) año, que rige a partir del 28 de mayo de 2019, vencido el plazo, el convenio podrá ser renovado, por expreso acuerdo de ambas partes, mediante la comunicación por escrito con un plazo de 30 (treinta) días hábiles anteriores al vencimiento del convenio marco. Sin perjuicio de precisar que ambas partes se comprometen a concluir las actividades especificas programadas o que se encuentran en plena ejecución.
