Se prohíbe a efectivos policiales el uso de celulares en horarios de servicio policial

Mediante OT 6539-2019, emitido el 30 de diciembre de 2019, el coronel PNP Carlos Fredy Alcántara, jefe de la región Lima, dispuso que en adelante el personal estará prohibido de usar equipos celulares durante el servicio policial, en especial quienes cumplan funciones de vigilante de puerta, patrullaje de a pie o motorizado.

En el documento se indica que la drástica medida se debe a que los equipos móviles distraen del servicio y afecta la imagen institucional.

A continuación la comunicación remitida al cuerpo policial.

POR DISPOSICIÓN DEL SR. GENERAL PNP JEFE DE LA REGIÓN POLICIAL DE LIMA, QUEDA TERMINANTEMENTE PROHIBIDO EL USO DE CELULARES DURANTE LA COBERTURA DE SERVICIOS POLICIALES CON EXCEPCIÓN DE SITUACIONES DE EMERGENCIA Y POR TEMAS REFERENTES AL SERVICIO POLICIAL, EN ESPECIAL PARA QUIENES CUMPLAN FUNCIONES DE VIGILANTE DE PUERTA, PATRULLAJE A PIE Y MOTORIZADO; ESTO DEBIDO A QUE SE HA CONSTATADO QUE EL PERSONAL POLICIAL, AL UTILIZAR ESTE TIPO DE APARATOS ELECTRÓNICOS, SE DISTRAE DEL SERVICIO Y POR CONSIGUIENTE AFECTA A LA IMAGEN INSTITUCIONAL.

EN CONSECUENCIA:
LOS JEFES DIVPOL Y JEFES DE UNIDADES ESPECIALIZADAS (DIVEME, DIVOOEV Y DIVSERESP) DE LA REGIÓN POLICIAL LIMA, CONTROLARAN Y SUPERVISARAN EL CUMPLIMIENTO DE LA PRESENTE DISPOSICIÓN. ASIMISMO, DISPONDRÁN QUE TODOS LOS JEFES DE SUBUNIDAD COMUNIQUEN LA PRESENTE ORDEN A TODO EL PERSONAL POLICIAL BAJO SU MANDO, PARA LO CUAL FIRMARAN LA RESPECTIVA CONSTANCIA DE ENTERADO. ACUSE RECIBO DE SU RECEPCIÓN Y CUMPLIMIENTO DE SU INCUMPLIMIENTO ES ESTABLECERÁ LA DEBIDA RESPONSABILIDAD DISCIPLINARIA.
